Tesco recycling area - where is it?

Does anyone know anything about the recycling area in the carpark at the new Tesco?

I have yet to see anything but cars in the recycling are and never recycling banks or bins?

I this something that has to be complet or have they chosen anew place for recycling bins without moving the signs?

I like having recycling bins in supermarket car parks. Too many have done away with their recycling stations but if we don't have in supermarkets where will we have them. If the council wants our recycling rate to improve then recycling areas in key places are the way forward.

I'd like to see clothing recycling as well as plastic recycling in the Tesco recycling area- what would you like to see if the recycling area ever materialises?
