Yate Shopping Centre.
The three new units are set to be located at the eastern entrance opposite the Tesco Extra store.
Mark Hull, director at Dominion Corporate Trust, which owns the centre, told Insider News South West: "We're delighted to announce the arrival of these strong brands at Yate, which enables us to push ahead with our development plans.
"Yate has a strong regional catchment and a high demand for larger retail units to accommodate high street names, even during the current tough economic environment.
"We are now focusing on leasing the remaining 8,000 sq ft of new space, and further plans to reconfigure the centre to meet this demand."
Work is set to begin next month with completion expected by March 2013.

ReportWith the two big supermarkets I can't see a butchers doing well. A good music store (selling DVDs too) would be great - although most people go online now I guess.
