FROM THE CORE, healthy food, the natural way

I’m currently setting up a new style of catering venture that I hope to base in Yate.

From the Core, aims to bring fresh, healthy and seasonal food to the centre of Yate and a few other towns in the area. Our venues will be small and efficient takeaway venues (fixed premise or mobile) that offer a healthy alternative to mass produced fast food outlets that currently flood the market.

Our production site will be based in Yate with the intent of hiring up to about 10 to 15 people and stocking our outlets each morning with food freshly packed the evening before.

I am currently looking for an ideal outlet site with good footfall and access to a lunch trade as the Yate shopping centre has no vacancies and won’t allow a "kiosk" due to a clause in one of their coffee shops leases.

I would appreciate any feedback with regards to either a potential site or the company website.
