South Gloucestershire Council's Family Link Scheme needs more people who would like to spend as little time as a weekend a month caring for a disabled child or young person, hence forging a link with his or her family. In particular there a lot of children on the autistic spectrum on the Scheme waiting to be linked who would really look forward to seeing their carer(s) on a regular basis.
