The bridges under Greenaways Road are always cluttered with rubbish : food wrappers, cans, glass etc. would it be possible to fit rubbish bins together with a proposed fine for littering if caught.
Also, I was in Kennedy Way surgery earlier today and there were three or four young lads outside on skate boards and scooters - I consider this to be very dangerous, especially with unwell or infirm people going to and from the surgery - can something be done please?
