Take a long look and see if you can comfortably explain what looks like nominal pay increases/expenditure this year and a massive hike next 10/11. it seems that theve done a deal to not have undue rises or get rid of employees in 09 theyve patted themselves on the back for being Good in the public eye and have rewarded themselves with rises and bonus payments on their next wage rise.
