Yate financial services group Jelf has become the latest Beacon South West accredited company, being recognised as one of the region's top performing businesses.
Beacon status is awarded to companies in the region displaying innovation, entrepreneurship and a culture of best practice.
All Beacon companies are validated against strict criteria before being awarded Beacon status.
Beacon South West is supported by the South West Regional Development Agency and brings together more than 200 of the region's most pioneering and rapidly expanding organisations, providing an environment for exploring new ideas and strategies with other successful companies.
Jelf joins other high-profile Bristol businesses awarded Beacon Company status, including Bristol International Airport and Aardman Animations.
Jelf chief executive, Alex Alway, said: "Receiving Beacon accreditation is great news for the group. It is an award that sets us apart from the competition and is an important element of our organic growth strategy in the region.
"The recognition will confirm to existing and prospective clients that we are a dynamic company, with client-focused business practices and excellent service delivery."
Sue Baker, Beacon South West project director, said: "The Jelf Group is certainly worthy of Beacon accreditation having focused on delivering excellence within its wide range of products and services across the many business sectors in which it is involved."
