Council improves weekend night safety with Taxi Marshalls

Those of you who went out in Chipping Sodbury last Friday or Saturday night may have seen the new taxi and street marshals in operation.

The launch of this new scheme was backed following the success of it in the Kingswood area.

It is set to help prevent anti-social behaviour and crime and watching out for unlicensed taxi drivers.
