Email received today: Hi. I brought Rosie in today for a de-mat as she was very matted. I have to say the lady that dealt with Rosie was lovely and I am absolutely thrilled with the service! Rosie is like a new cat and she has no lumps or bumps in her fur whatsoever. Her fur smells lovely too. She has been trimmed and generally smartened up as well and looks absolutely beautiful.
