I have known Fran for a number of years and have always found her to be extremely efficient and professional in all that she does. As the voluntary Treasurer for Bristol Shopmobility, Fran has ensured that the accounts are maintained to a very high standard, drawing particular praise from our recent external Audit. Fran has also trained our staff to use the financial control package and has assisted with our successful application for funding providing an in-depth profit and loss forecast. Citizens Advice Bureau
Fran has been an enormous help to us at the Citizens Advice Bureau in setting up our new accounts package. Shes been incredibly patient, answering all our questions and advising us on best practice. Shes a brilliant trainer, always ready to explain (often more than once!) the niceties of bookkeeping and, fortunately she can see the funny side of our mistakes! Were now a lot more confident that we can keep on top of our complicated finances with Frans help.
