The White Lion is a pub that Ill always see through somewhat rose-tinted specs my family and I always go for a meal on the night before Christmas, and I swear I once saw out of the window Father Christmass sleigh pass over in the far distant sky... Anyway, [wipes away tear] since then I have always been impressed by the White Lion, with its excellent inviting family atmosphere and the really nice food on offer. They have some decent live music on a Friday and other events, like a Saturday poker night, and the drinks on offer havent changed much over the years, which to be honest is good since they always maintained a decent range with some excellent beers. One of the best pubs in Yate.
