Are Yate parents nervous about Offer Day?

Tomorrow is Offer Day - the day that anxious parents and children find out whether they have been allocated the secondary school of their choice after a wait of several months.

Last year South Gloucestershire Council said that 99.1 per cent of parents in the area were given one of their preferred schools and 89.9 per cent were allocated their first preference.
