Beyond helpful

I am not the brain of Britain when it comes to mobile phones and quite frankly the iPhone scares me a little. The lack of buttons just puts me on edge but the helpful people in O2 help me no end in finding a great phone that doesnt look like the Flintstones would have used it but is also phone phobic friendly!
